  • Terrible customer services filled with lies!



    This company is extremely shady. They say they're available 24/7 via the phone but their phones went months and months not working. When they finally started kinda working it went straight to voicemail. They never pick up!! Only way to communicate is through email or if you tell them to call you on your email. This company does not follow any of their policies written online. The time period they say they will ship the ring is completely false!! They will take more than a month to do anything!! Rings ordered have been delayed for months and months due to some situation that... More...
