Ordered a ring on Nov 7th. Still haven't recieved it the following is the responses I get to emails since when you call all you get is a recording that says a differnt number than what you dialed and the mailbox is full

When we order the site said expected delivery date Nov17th, so when I had heard nothing from them i emailed on the 13th to see if we were on track. I received an email back saying it would ship the 17th or 18th. When I didn't hear anything again I emailed on Nov 20 and was told it would ship out that day or the 21st. When i again heard nothing I emailed again on the 24th and they said it was now shipping out of their Canadian office and had to go through customs. I finally got a FedEx tracking number but it has stayed on label created since the 24th, today is Dec 2. I again email today (since their number still doesn't work) they answered and said they called canadian customs and it should be released by tomorrow. The problem with this story now is, I call Fedex and they stated that they need to receive it for it to go through customs and they still don't have it only have it as a label created. Also Fedex stated it wouldn't go through Canadian customs it woul go through US customs.

I feel like all I am getting is a run around and am about to take action with my bank and any other agency. In my opinion their customer service is horrible as you can't even talk to a person!!
